We have created various versions of pumpkin soup and today, we are going to introduce….Golden Pumpkin Soup!
Pumpkin is not easy to handle when raw. But once it’s boiled, it has a totally changed texture that’s soft and mushy. My task was always to make sure the pumpkin is peeled, boiled and blended to a smooth slush while Bly prepares the rest.
Trust me, this is definitely an excellent couple activity you can do in the comforts of your own home!
Ingredients: Butternut pumpkin, sweet potato, Hungary mushrooms, boiled chicken, garlic, onion, salt, thyme leaves.
Sweet potato really adds a tange of bitter sweetness and creates a silky texture.
