Raw Spinach Cucumber Soup

Presenting our very first RAW soup. Yes! It’s raw!!! This is so so so darn simple. All you need to do is to put the ingredients into the high-speed blender. Popeye will love this!

Not everyone will be able to adapt to the taste and look of this raw soup. This is definitely considered as adventurous food for some of you!

But once you’ve tried it, it feels just like you are drinking a leafy fruit juice; the kind with cucumber added. It has this green, raw, reinvigorating energy that recharges you after drinking it. A definite thirst-quencher as well.

Ingredients: spinach, cucumber, tomatoes, onions, garlic.(main ingredients are all organic)

Highly nutritious, spinach is rich in antioxidants, vitamin A (Lutein prevent cataracts and cancer) , vitamin C, vitamin K, folic acid and calcium. Spinach is best consumed when fresh, steamed or lightly boiled in order to retain the nutrients in this amazing food.
